For carrying out all such philanthropic activities, particularly for the establishment of the charitable hospital, liberal donations are required from pious persons having zeal to do something for the benefit of the suffering humanity. The Samiti has opened a Bank account for receiving foreign contributions.

Donation to the Samiti is exempted from income tax u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 upto 31.03.2010 vide order no. DIT(E) 2007-2008/N-562/3284 dated 23.01.2008 and the renewal order No. D.I.T. (E) 80G/2010-11/N-562/1158 dated 09-09-2010 which has perpetuated the exemption. It has taken up many philanthropic projects but its most important project is the establishment of a charitable hospital Raghav Arogya Mandir (R.A.M.) at Ayodhya.
